1. Introduction
   This agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of services provided by Planet Core Information Technology (referred to as "the Company"). By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

2. Services Provided
   The company offers website design, development, and hosting services according to the announced plans and prices.

3. Service Usage

• Clients must use the provided services for legal purposes only and refrain from any unlawful or prohibited activities.
• The company is committed to protecting client data in accordance with its published privacy policy.

4. Intellectual Property Rights
   All intellectual property rights related to designs and websites provided by the company remain the property of the company until full payment of all due amounts is made.

5. Payments and Fees

• The client is responsible for paying the fees as agreed between both parties.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.

6. Service Suspension
   The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of violations of the terms of use or delayed payments.

7. Warranties and Liabilities

• Services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
• The company is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of the services by the client.

8. Agreement Modifications
   The company reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time, and continued use of services will be considered acceptance of the amendments.

9. Governing Law
   This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
